The good news is that check-out from my hotel was 11:00 AM. This worked okay since I had to wait to go to the ship, where my check-in time was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I figured I would test myself one more time, figuring out the train to the Royal Caribbean port. Google Maps will show you what train to take, but certain trains only show up at certain times. It sounds confusing, and it was.
Luckily for me, I’m not against asking for directions. I found a really cute Asian woman who spoke English, who took the time to look up the train schedule. She pointed me to the train terminal I needed to take and told me which train and the specific time it will arrive up. If you hadn’t heard this before, Tokyo trains are always on time down to the minute. Once I reached my stop, I was supposed to catch a bus. I decided to catch a taxi to the ship, which saved me quite a bit of time. I was on board before my check-in time, which wasn’t a problem. By this time, I was ready for my cruise and ready for a drink… bon voyage.
Knowing that I wanted to post a travel blog, my first action once onboard was to venture through the ship and take pictures. Enjoy the pictures.
