I need to start off with a correction.  I missed the extra day we had because of crossing the international date line.  So the correct day was Day 19 (trip) Day 16 (cruise) – It was debarking day.  I had one last excursion, which was the Seattle City Tour.  I had packed up my suitcase the night before to have it taken off the ship. The meeting time was at 7:45am in the Royal Theatre.  Unfortunately, there was a lot of waiting and the city tour finally started around 9:00 AM.

The tour was a total of three stops.  The first was the observation deck of the Sky View Observatory, which was the tallest building in Seattle (76 floors).  The second stop was the Pike Place Market, a very large, open-air farmers’ market. The third stop was the Starbucks Reserve and worldwide headquarters.  I don’t drink Starbucks, so the it was only a walk through the gift shop to use the restroom.  The tour ended with a drop off at the Seattle (SEA-TAC) airport.

I had upgraded my seat to first class, which only cost $50 US more.  During the flight back, there was so much to see.  Mount Rainer, and most of the High Sierras were snow-capped.  I did recognize Mono Lake but that took our flight path directly over Yosemite.  I think I spent the majority of the 2.5 hour flight looking out the window.
