When I started the Recipe topic, I was planning on adding a bunch of keto recipes to fill up my site.  The truth of the matter is my meal planning (and yes, I did not want to use the word “diet”) is really simple.

In my refrigerator, I have a container of mixed vegetables and spices.

  • Brown Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Red. Yellow. and Green Peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Radishes (Optional)
  • Turmeric (Optional)

This mixture of vegetables and spices has so many purposes for daily meal planning.

One of my favorite recipes, which I like to call a “Backwards Omelette”

In a frying pan, I melt some butter along with a healthy serving of vegetables, topped with three pasture-raised eggs and some organic cheese. It is very simple and very quick especially because I like my eggs over easy.

This vegetable mixture can also be added when making salads and can be topped with carne asada, steak, or fish like salmon.  All healthy eating and quite hunger-satisfying.  If you have any other recipes or suggestions, please comment below:
